Return policy covers a full refund should your item be returned within 14 days.
If your product or package is received broken or damaged you must inform Patalunas of this within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Return courier costs will be at the customers own cost.

Our delivery timing is between 5 - 14 days, outlying areas up to 21 days.

WARRANTY AT PATALUNAS
Our Policy
When we receive a valid claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer may be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us.
We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
All of our products are put together using high quality ingredients made by highly skilled pharmacists and cosmetic scientists, who are artisans in their field.
Patalunas takes great pride in stocking only the best, locally produced products in South Africa, we can assure you any products stocked by Patalunas online Apothecary will be made with a great deal of care, our QC procedures are aligned with our brand ethos, quality over quantity.
